Since the beginning of the 20th century, we, in the National Bank of Greece, have envisioned a world without gender discrimination, a world with equal opportunities for everyone, and we never stop trying for it.

We began in an era when women’s labor was very limited, and we have continued hiring women in more and more positions all over the Bank’s workplace.

Today, with women exceeding half of our workforce and occupying a large percentage of managerial positions, we look optimistically at the day when our vision becomes reality.
