You have an international card and you can use it for:
- Online purchases at any store accepting Mastercard
- Phone and mail orders
- Online bill payments to organizations accepting Mastercard, including taxes, Vehicle Circulation Tax, insurance premiums, etc.
- Transaction pre-approvals
- Standing orders
- Hotel bookings or car rentals
- Transactions through your digital wallet
You enter the 16-digit number, the expiry date, and the disposable OTP (One-time password) you will receive on your mobile phone.
Your spending is secure since you can load and unload your card yourself.
You can retrieve the card details at any time on Internet or Mobile Baking by choosing ‘Virtual Card Details’ and entering the disposable OTP (One-time password) you will receive on your mobile phone.
You can call us at 210 48 48 484 if you feel the details may be stolen. You can also cancel the card via Internet Banking and issue a new one.
The card has a 5-year duration and renews automatically.
You can cancel your card via Internet Banking by choosing ‘Cancel’ and entering the disposable OTP (One-time password) you will receive on your mobile phone. You can also call Phone Banking at 210 48 48 484 and cancel your card.
Yes, you can. If you are an NBG customer, you can sign up through your mobile here . If you are not an NBG customer, click here . In both cases, you don’t need to visit an NBG branch.
