We would like to inform you that as of February 2025, for transactions in a currency other than Euro , the following apply:

a) transactions in a currency included in the Bank's Exchange Rate Bulletin:

The value of the transaction is converted into Euro on the basis of the rate announced on the Bank’s Exchange Rate Bulletin for the date and time the transaction is processed and cleared.
The Cardholder can be informed about the exchange rates via the link https://www.nbg.gr/en/footer/exchange-rate-bulletin.

 b) transactions in a currency not included in the Bank's Exchange Rate Bulletin, or credit transactions:

The value of the transaction is converted into Euro on the basis of the rate announced by Mastercard or Visa International.
In these cases the Cardholder can find information on the currency conversion rates used from time to time by said international organisations on their webpages (Mastercard Currency Converter | Currency Exchange Rate Calculator or https://www.visaeurope.com/making-payments/exchange-rates), which also provide currency conversion calculators.
