Managing Your New Card

What remains the same:

• Your card will be delivered deactivated
• Rewards through the Go For More program
• Pricing policy
• Online management through Digital Banking
• Building tax-exempt funds through your everyday transactions
• Contactless transactions and secure online shopping
• Any available balance on your Prepaid Visa will be automatically transferred to your new card after its activation at any National Bank ATM

What changes:

• Your new card will have a different PIN for security reasons. To use it, follow the instructions provided in the accompanying letter attached to your new card and then activate it at any National Bank ATM.

            Watch helpful videos on card activation and PIN retrieval. 

• In case you had previously adjusted the transaction limits of your Prepaid Visa, you will need to make the same adjustments for the new Prepaid Mastercard.

• Your new card has different details from the previous one. In case your old card has standing orders linked to your old card for bill payments, it is important to update the new card details to avoid any delays in scheduled payments. For your convenience, you can view a list of businesses where you are likely to use a valid standing order by clicking here.
  
  Your existing card remains active until the last day of the month shown on it, and is automatically cancelled when you activate your new card.
  
  If there is an available credit balance on your existing card, it will be automatically transferred to the new card , once it has been activated at any National Bank ATM.

Digital Wallets

The details of your Prepaid Visa card, registered on merchants' websites and in your digital wallet, should be replaced with those of your new Prepaid Mastercard. You can find more information on the Google Pay and Apple Pay pages or by watching the relevant video.
