You can either reset or restore the applicable limit of contactless transactions carried out without the use of a pin, either through the Internet & Mobile Banking applications, as long as you are a registered user, or by submitting a request to his or her NBG Branch or by calling the Bank’s Contact Center.
You can activate your card when you make your first transaction at an NBG ATM, by selecting "Card Activation" from the menu. For more information, we recommend that you watch the tutorial video we created for you.

- Request immediate cancelation of the card (Freeze/Unfreeze)
- Notify us of loss/theft
- Request re-issue
It's very simple to load your Prepaid Mastercard at any time via:
- Internet, Mobile, and Phone Banking if you're a registered user, by transferring funds from your account
- At any NBG branch by transferring funds from your account
You can unload all or part of the available balance and transfer the money to your account via Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Phone Banking if you're a registered user, at any of our Branches or at any NBG ATM.
Yes, you can manage your prepaid online via Internet Banking and do the following:
