You can reset your Username through the Digital Banking service, by selecting “Forgot Username” and by entering the details of your activated debit card. Alternatively, you can visit an NBG branch.
You can reset your password through the Digital Banking service, by selecting “Forgot password” (after you enter your Username). Alternatively, you can call at +30 210 4848484 (automated service).
If you have been locked out of your Digital Banking, you must first enter your Username. After that, the relevant notification with the available options you have to unlock your phone will come up on your screen:
You can cancel payments and transfers via the Digital Banking service, within the stipulated time limits. You can cancel payments (for the transactions where this option is available) from the section “Recent Transactions” or from the “Calendar of Transactions”. To cancel money transfers, you must perform the same procedure, in the transactions section of the account that was debited.
