You can sign up to the Digital Banking services easily and quickly from your mobile or your desktop. Of course, you can also visit an NBG branch to submit your application (by appointment only).
If you have already signed up to the Digital Banking services, you can activate the OTP service for a mobile phone through the Internet Banking service, by selecting “SETTINGS->SECURITY SETTINGS->MANAGE OTP”. Of course, you can also visit an NBG branch.
To change your password, you select SETTINGS - SECURITY SETTINGS - PASSWORD SETTINGS - MANAGE PASSWORD.
You can update your details through Digital Banking, by uploading the relevant documents. You can also change them or update them via gov.gr and the KYC service, without needing to upload any documents.

If you have been locked out of your Digital Banking, you must first enter your Username. After that, the relevant notification with the available options you have to unlock your phone will come up on your screen:

  • via e-mail (provided that you have already activated the service)
  • by authenticating your personal details
  • by calling at +30 210 4848484 (automated service)
