You can sign up to the Digital Banking services easily and quickly from your mobile or your desktop. Of course, you can also visit an NBG branch to submit your application (by appointment only).

You can reset your Username through the Digital Banking service, by selecting “Forgot Username” and by entering the details of your activated debit card. Alternatively, you can visit an NBG branch.

 

You can reset your password through the Digital Banking service, by selecting “Forgot password” (after you enter your Username). Alternatively, you can call at +30 210 4848484 (automated service).

 

To change your password, you select SETTINGS - SECURITY SETTINGS - PASSWORD SETTINGS - MANAGE PASSWORD.

If you have been locked out of your Digital Banking, you must first enter your Username. After that, the relevant notification with the available options you have to unlock your phone will come up on your screen:

  • via e-mail (provided that you have already activated the service)
  • by authenticating your personal details
  • by calling at +30 210 4848484 (automated service)
