What happens if I don't pay the monthly fee?

In case the monthly fee fails to be collected, the relevant amount is blocked and the charge will cease after the lapse of the month. If during any following month a credit balance appears on the account, the collection mechanism of the monthly fee is reactivated.

How can I get a privileged package?

Very simply through Internet Banking or at an NBG Branch depending on the package you have chosen.

Can I get another package if I already own another?

Yes, you can get another package through Internet Banking or through one of our branches.
