You can subscribe to Digital Banking services, easily and quickly from your mobile or your computer. Alternatively, you can visit one of our branches to submit your application (by appointment).
To change a password, select SETTINGS - SECURITY SETTINGS - PASSWORD SETTINGS – PASSWORD MANAGEMENT.
Your account has been blocked after 3 wrong password attempts.
You can recover your password through the Digital Banking service, by selecting "I forgot my Password" (after filling in your Username). Alternatively you can call +30 210 4848484 (automated service).
You can recover your username through the Digital Banking service, by selecting "I forgot my Username" and filling in your debit card details. Alternatively, you can visit one of our branches (by appointment).
If your Digital Banking access is locked, you must first enter your Username. You will then see a notification on your screen about the available ways to unlock your account:
via e-mail (as long as you have already activated the service)
by identifying your personal information
via telephone: +30 210 4848484 (automated service)
