You can schedule your appointment online by following these steps:

  • Log in to Internet Banking.
  • From the Services section, select the Branches & Appointments service.
  • From there, you can choose either the nearest branch to you or the desired branch.
  • Once you make the selection, you can schedule your appointment at that specific branch, either by visiting in person or via telephone communication. In either case, you will need to select the service category you require, the subject, the date, and the suggested time. Once you confirm your appointment details and successfully complete the scheduling, you also have the option to add the appointment to your personal calendar.
  • The appointment will be finalized.

  • From the Profile section, select the "Appointments" service.
  • On the next screen, you will see the option "Schedule New Appointment," where you can search for the nearest service point or choose any desired branch by applying the appropriate filters.
  • Once you make your selection, you can schedule your appointment at that specific branch, either by visiting in person or via telephone communication. In either case, you will need to select the service category you require, the subject, the date, and the suggested time. Once you confirm your appointment details and successfully complete the scheduling, you also have the option to add the appointment to your personal calendar.
  • The appointment will be finalized.
