At NBG we're here to make your banking experience easy and hassle free.

Welcome to NBG.

In the context of our business relationship, and the recent transfer of the balances of your deposit accounts in euro from the former Olympus Cooperative Bank to National Bank of Greece, we wish to assure you that our key concern is to protect your savings and provide you with first-class service.

The transfer procedure has been carried out with all due care for security and transparency, while fully respecting data protection legislation. Now NBG's digital channels and the branch network are available for you, providing you with uninterrupted banking services.

Against this backdrop, we have taken the following steps for your convenience:

  • With a view to providing you full information and the best possible service, we have extended the operating hours of our branches in Drama, Alexandroupoli and Orestiada through to 17:00.
  • We have set up a direct phone line at 210 4848300, for any clarifications or help you may need.

We’ll be happy to see you and serve you in our branches. Remember that if you need any help we’re here to help you issue an NBG debit card and obtain login credentials for Digital Banking

We're always here for you, providing you with solutions and tools that serve your needs.

I want to update online my personal data easily and quickly, without need for evidencing documents!

The funds of all customers at the former Olympus Cooperative Bank have been transferred unaltered to NBG.
The funds of all former Olympus Cooperative Bank customers that have been placed in investments have not been transferred to NBG. To access these, you will need to contact the liquidator, PQH.
Your transaction tools (cards, Internet Banking) that you held with the former Olympus Cooperative Bank will no longer function and will be substituted with the corresponding NBG tools.
Since you're a new NBG customer and you’re not yet a registered user with our Digital Banking channels, you need to visit an NBG branch in order to issue a debit card and/or get a username and password to be able to carry out online transactions on the accounts you held with the former Olympus Cooperative Bank and which have now been transferred and connected to NBG. Note that our branches in Drama, Alexandroupoli and Orestiada will be operating longer hours through to 17:00, with a view to providing you a better service.
You can manage or use your funds as of now. More specifically: Since you're a new NBG customer and you’re not yet a registered user with our Digital Banking channels, you need to visit an NBG branch in order to issue a debit card and/or get a username and password to be able to carry out online transactions on the accounts you held with the former Olympus Cooperative Bank and which have now been transferred and connected to NBG.
