Is the money held in my accounts at the former Olympus Cooperative Bank safe? Are there conditions?

The funds of all customers at the former Olympus Cooperative Bank have been transferred unaltered to NBG.

What about funds I've invested via the former Olympus Cooperative Bank? Are they subject to other terms and conditions?

The funds of all former Olympus Cooperative Bank customers that have been placed in investments have not been transferred to NBG. To access these, you will need to contact the liquidator, PQH.

What happens with my cards, Internet Banking etc. that I used to have with the former Olympus Cooperative Bank? Can I still use them?

Your transaction tools (cards, Internet Banking) that you held with the former Olympus Cooperative Bank will no longer function and will be substituted with the corresponding NBG tools.

How can I get access to my money?

Since you're a new NBG customer and you’re not yet a registered user with our Digital Banking channels, you need to visit an NBG branch in order to issue a debit card and/or get a username and password to be able to carry out online transactions on the accounts you held with the former Olympus Cooperative Bank and which have now been transferred and connected to NBG. Note that our branches in Drama, Alexandroupoli and Orestiada will be operating longer hours through to 17:00, with a view to providing you a better service.

When and how can I manage my money through NBG?

You can manage or use your funds as of now.
