Through which channels can I open the account?

You can open a Plus Rewards Account through our Branches. Existing customers can also obtain the Rewards Plus Account via Internet Banking.

Can I convert my existing account into a Benefits Salary Account?

You can complete the process through Internet Banking, our Contact Center, or by visiting any of our Branches, provided you hold a Rewards Payroll Account, Savings Account, or Current Account.

If you have a different type of account, you can easily convert it into a Rewards Payroll Account with a simple visit to any of our Branches.

What supporting documentation are required to verify my identity or open a Plus Benefits Account?

ID or passport
your latest tax clearance
a proof of employment
telephone bill
evidence of home address (i.e. utility bill etc.)

What happens if the monthly fee is not collected?

In case the monthly fee fails to be collected, the relevant amount is blocked and the charge will cease after the lapse of the month. If during any following month a credit balance appears on the account, the collection mechanism of the monthly fee is reactivated.
