The list below sets out the required documentation for the review of your request, in the frame of the Code of Conduct. At future stages, you may be requested to submit further documentation, depending on the nature of your debts.

Regardless of the nature of your debts, you are required to fill in and submit the Standardised Financial Statement (SFS).

1. Required documentation for natural persons not holding any business products


Individuals not being professionals or sole proprietors

Valid ID card /passport
E1 Income Tax Return for the last 3 financial years, along with the Income Tax Clearance forms
E9 Property Declaration Form for the 2 previous years
Certification of settlement of tax liabilities due (if applicable)
As a minimum, the last payslip or the last pension clearance notice for pensioners
E2 form of the last financial year (in the event of any rents)
ENFIA declarations of the last year
For unemployed persons, evidence of unemployment
If you have applied for retirement, you should submit the said application, duly signed and stamped by your insurance fund. Specifically for clients who have applied for retirement to the Social Security Institution (IKA), the electronic copy of the application is also acceptable without a stamp and signature.
For pensioners under renewal (due to disability), a   medical opinion and the relevant proposal should be submitted.

Individuals who are professionals or sole proprietors (submitting data of the company or business activity)

Available periodic VAT returns (F2 forms) of the current year and the relevant previous years, and VAT clearance form (F1 form) of the last financial year
Valid ID card /passport
E1 Income Tax Return for the last 3 financial years, along with the Income Tax Clearance forms
E9 Property Declaration Form for the last year
Certification of settlement of tax liabilities due (if applicable)
As a minimum, the last payslip or the last pension clearance notice for pensioners
E2 form of the last financial year (in the event of any rents)
ENFIA declarations of the last year

2. Documentation for natural persons who have debts (also) from business financing and keep class A and B accounting books

Basic Information

Copies of tax returns:  Ε3 form for the last 3 years;
Copies of the periodic VAT returns of the current year and the respective period of the previous year
Certificates of business commencement (for recently set up companies) and any changes thereof by the respective Tax Authority
Copies of the guarantor’s tax returns:  E1 forms of the previous year and E9 Property Declaration Form for the previous year, and ENFIA clearance, if any.
Copies of tax returns of affiliated companies:  Ε3 tax form for the last year
Insurance and tax clearance certificates or certification of settlement of tax liabilities due (if the tax clearance certificate was issued due to settlement)
Additional information in the event of outstanding debts from financing of sole proprietorships

Copies of tax returns of the business operator:  E1 form for the three previous years and E1 form for the previous year, E9 Property Declaration Form for the previous year and ENFIA clearance, if any, along with tax clearance of the last financial year.
Copy of the business operator’s ID card
Additional information in the event of outstanding debts from business financing of enterprises with annual turnover up to €2.5 million

Authenticated copies of a full set of the articles of association and any amendments thereto (private agreements)
E9 Property Declaration Form of the previous year and ENFIA clearance (if any)
Copies of the partners’ tax returns: E1 tax form for the previous three years and E9 Property Declaration Form for the previous year
The forms mentioned above under 1, 2, 3 & 6 of section 2(A)
Documentation required under the Code of Conduct

Business or restructuring plan of the company
Own shareholdings of key shareholders/ partners to the business plan
Growth outlook for the sector
Estimated future cash flows
Risk factors of the business plan and its impact on the repayment capacity, as well as any measures taken to mitigate such risks or their impact.


3. Documentation for natural persons who have debts (also) from business financing and keep class C accounting category books

Basic Information

Copies of tax returns:  E3 tax form for the three previous years
Certificates of business commencement (for recently set up companies) and any changes thereof by the respective Tax Authority
Copies of the guarantor’s tax returns:  E1 tax form for the previous year and E9 Property Declaration Form for the previous year, and ENFIA clearance, if any.
Balance sheets for the last 3 years and the annexes attached thereto (if any)
Post closing trial balance of secondary accounts for the previous financial year signed by an accountant
Trial balance of secondary accounts for the last month and the respective period of the previous year, signed by an accountant
Copies of tax returns of affiliated companies:  Ε3 tax form for the last year
Insurance and tax clearance certificates or certification of settlement of tax liabilities due (if the tax clearance certificate was issued due to settlement)
Additional information in the event of outstanding debts from financing of sole proprietorships

Copies of tax returns of the business operator:  E1 tax form for the previous three years and copies of the guarantor’s tax returns: E1 form for the previous year, E9 Property Declaration Form for the previous year and ENFIA clearance, if any, along with tax clearance of the last financial year.
Copy of the business operator’s ID card 
Additional information in the event of outstanding debts from business financing of enterprises with annual turnover up to €2.5 million

Copies of the partners’/shareholders’ tax returns:  E1 tax form for the previous three years and E9 Property Declaration Form for the previous year, and ENFIA clearance, if any.

Documentation required under the Code of Conduct.
Business or restructuring plan of the company
Own participation of key shareholders/ partners to the business plan
Development outlook of the sector
Estimated future cash flows
Risk factors of the business plan and its impact on the repayment capacity, as well as any measures taken to mitigate such risks or their impact 
If any co-borrowers or guarantors exist, all parties to the agreement should submit the documentation required as per each borrower category. 

In the event of changes in the above documentation submitted by the borrowers, the Bank should be notified in writing within 15 days at the latest.

Any further documentation requested should be submitted to the nearest Dedicated Contact Point.

Note that regarding the submission of the above supporting documentation, the Bank has the right to verify their accuracy and fullness and search for data on your assets and financial profile in relevant records so as to assess your credit standing, including the records of Tiresias SA.
