What rewards and benefits do I get when I use my card?

When your Τoyota Mastercard card is issued, you get a €30 gift voucher with your first card bill. You can use the gift voucher for every after-sales transaction at the official Toyota network.

Moreover, when you use Τoyota Mastercard for after-sales transactions at Toyota, you get a 5% discount on the value of the transaction, in the form of a gift voucher you can redeem at the official Toyota network of merchants and repair workshops.

Do I have the option not to use the contactless functionality of my card without using a pin?

You can either reset or restore the applicable limit of contactless transactions carried out without the use of a pin, either through the Internet & Mobile Banking applications, as long as you are a registered user, or by submitting a request to his or her NBG Branch or by calling the Bank’s Contact Center.

How do I activate my card and manage its PIN

Your Toyota Mastercard Credit Card PIN
If you have Digital Banking credentials:

You can view your PIN by selecting your card and choosing “View PIN” under the “PIN Management” section.
You can set a new PIN by selecting “Set PIN” under the “PIN Management” section.
Alternatively, you can set your card PIN by:
Calling +30 210 48 48 484, saying “Set PIN” to the digital assistant Sophia, and following the instructions provided.

Activating Your Card
You can activate your card quickly and easily using any of the following methods:

Through Digital Banking, by selecting your card and choosing “Activate Card”.
By calling +30 210 48 48 484, saying “Activate” to the digital assistant Sophia, and following the instructions provided.
At any National Bank of Greece ATM, by inserting your card, entering your PIN, and completing any transaction of your choice.
