Apply for your debit card online in a few steps.

User login

If you are a registered user, log in to Digital Banking and from the home page go to the "Cards" section, select the credit card you want and select "Get a new card". 

Limit selection

You  then get and accept the pre-contractual product information and select the credit card limit you want to apply for.

Data confirmation

Next, you confirm your employment, home, identity and tax information (by uploading your most recent tax return).

Payment method choice
Then, you choose the payment method of your card (standing order, partial or full payment) and enter some more personal data.
Terms acceptance
After that you get and accept the terms of the product.
OTP input
Now, you confirm the application details and enter the OTP to complete the process.
Completion
Finally, after the transaction is completed, you can print the receipt.

What supporting documents may I need?

  • Income Tax Clearance Certificate
    The latest Income Tax Slip Clearance Certificate on Taxisnet. Tell me more
  • Proof of occupation
    Your employer's certificate and/or copy of your latest salary statement if you’re employed in the private sector. Υour latest pension payment slip if you are a pensioner, and a document evidencing your VAT status if you’re a freelancer/sole proprietor.
  • Possibly utility bill
    Utility bill confirming your address might be requested.

You can apply to issue up to 3 more cards for free, offering the same benefits to members of your family so that you can all enjoy its advantages.

The bank will determine the credit limit after assessing your credit profile. We will notify you before issuing the card.

You’ll receive your card by post after a few days. In the letter, you will also find the activation instructions and instructions on how to get your PIN.

You activate your card when you make your first transaction at an ATM and choose any transaction from the menu.
