What supporting documents do I need?

  • Private Company
    The following documents are required: the current articles of association, the deed of incorporation or the notice of registration of the incorporation to the General Electronic Commercial Registry (GEMI) or the notice of modification in the articles of association, the general GEMI certificate and the certificate of valid representation.
  • General Partnership/Limited Partnership
    The following documents are required: the certificate of valid representation, the general GEMI certificate and the current articles of association.
  • Limited Liability Company
    The following documents are required: the current articles of association, the general GEMI certificate and the certificate of valid representation.
  • Société Anonyme
    The following documents are required: the shareholding composition document, the current articles of association, the notice of registration of the minutes of the BoD to GEMI, the general GEMI certificate and the certificate of valid representation.
