Do I have the option not to use the contactless functionality of my card without using a pin?

You can either reset or restore the applicable limit of contactless transactions carried out without the use of a pin, either through the Internet & Mobile Banking applications, as long as you are a registered user, or by submitting a request to his or her NBG Branch or by calling the Bank’s Contact Center.

How can I issue a Prepaid Voucher Mastercard?

The card’s issuance and loading with the amount that each employee is entitled to shall be carried out exclusively by you, in your capacity as the employer. In addition, you can opt to receive detailed updates regarding the issuance, loading and use of the cards.

How can employees activate the card?

The cards can be activated through NBG Internet Banking, for those who are active users of the service. Alternatively, activation can be done through a National Bank branch.

Where can the card be used?

Your employees can use the card anywhere in Greece, at the following contracted with NBG businesses:

Grocery stores & supermarkets
