In order to access NBG Business Mobile Banking, you must be an NBG business client and have Internet Banking codes, which you can use to log in to the application.

To reactivate the service, you will need to log in to the app with your username and password and reset Fast login through the "Settings" option in your profile.
The Fast login service - via Touch ID, Face ID or 4-digit PIN - is renewed every 90 days at the latest for your security. Also, the service is blocked if you enter a wrong Fast PIN more than 3 times.
In case of a consecutive Touch ID or Face ID recognition failure, the option is disabled for a short period of time and you can try again later.
No. The renewal process of a company's legal verification can be completed online through Internet Banking, upon successful submission of the appropriate legal documents. Through Business Mobile, you can check the expiry date of the current verification and its corresponding status. Moreover, you can view the history of verification requests that have been performed through Internet Banking.
