Either the legal representative of your business or the job positions (users) duly authorized by the legal representative of your business.

Do I need the consent of the cardholder to issue the card?

The card is issued in the name of the business and the holder.
Accordingly, the holder is required to consent to the card issue request online and to declare that he or she has been duly informed about the processing of his or her personal data for the purposes of issuing the card.

Who can view my business's debit cards through Internet Banking?

The card can be viewed by the cardholder through his or her personal Internet banking account and by the duly authorized job positions of your business through their corporate Internet banking account.

If the cardholder doesn't have Internet banking codes or isn't an NBG customer, how does he grant his consent?

The cardholder is notified to register for Internet banking codes or become an NBG customer through the new customer onboarding (link) process for individuals.
