If you’re a registered user of the Bank's Internet Banking services, simply enter your codes, go to the menu and select “applications”, once you've read about the key features of the card.

Step 2: Submit the required documentation

You need to send your ID, your latest tax clearance and proof of occupation.

Step 3: Get your card

Whether you file your application online or at an NBG branch, you'll receive your card by mail in just a few days.

If you are a company/legal entity you can apply for the card at any NBG branch or through the Internet Banking service, provided you're a registered user of the service.

Do I have the option not to use the contactless functionality of my card without using a pin?

You can either reset or restore the applicable limit of contactless transactions carried out without the use of a pin, either through the Internet & Mobile Banking applications, as long as you are a registered user, or by submitting a request to his or her NBG Branch or by calling the Bank’s Contact Center.

In how many days can I get my card?

By post you can receive your card in just a few days. Enclosed you'll find instructions on how to activate the card and how to get your PIN.

Where can I use my card?

You can carry out your business purchases at 34,000,000 businesses in Greece and abroad.

You can also carry out:

Additional transactions, including hotel bookings, car rentals, payment of tax dues, standing orders, phone or mail orders.
Online transactions at all stores that accept Mastercard.
Payments and withdrawals at ATMs of NBG or other banks in Greece and abroad.
