Which job positions can use the service?

You can use the service only if your job position is authorized by the legal representative of your business, and the Euro and FX accounts your business wishes to use for the i-FX service have been connected to your job position.

Do I need an i-code to carry out transactions?

An i-code is required to sign in to the service.

Thereafter you have 20 minutes to carry out your transactions, until you need to enter another i-code.

When does settlement of the FX transactions take place?

Transactions are executed in real-time. They are settled on the same day up to 2 working days later.

How can I use the service?

You need to sign an additional specific deed to the agreement for the provision of banking services through alternative networks.
