The Public Expenditure of the Action amounts to €71,000,000 and concerns the following two types of interventions:
1. Reducing the negative imprint and/or contributing to the positive imprint on the environment and contributing to a good environmental profile
2. Promoting the conditions for economically sustainable, competitive and attractive fisheries, aquaculture and processing industries
The minimum budget of the submitted investment proposals – operations is set at the amount of €40,000 and must be respected at all stages (submission, integration, implementation, payment). Any investment proposal/operation with a budget lower than this amount will be rejected or dismissed.
The maximum budget of the submitted proposals is set at €4,000,000.
In the event that the investment proposal/operation has a budget greater than this limit, the entire proposal and the total budget are subject to evaluation and monitoring-control, even though the excess expenses are not subsidized.
The duration of the implementation and completion of the submitted proposals is set at twenty-four (24) months from the date of issuance of the acceptance decision, with the possibility of extension up to twelve (12) months, in fully documented cases and after the submission of a relevant amendment request, in accordance with the procedure set out in this Call.
Existing enterprises (natural or legal persons or associations thereof, collective bodies and other organizations thereof or local government bodies) that are active in the aquaculture sector and have the responsibility for carrying out the operation submitted for financial aid, and that ultimately incur its cost.
This sector of the economy includes all activities related to the production of aquaculture products included under business activity code KAD 03.2 "Aquaculture", with the exception of KAD 03.22.15.01 "Breeding of ornamental fish".
The percentages of Public Expenditure and Private Participation of the Operations that will be included for financing range from 50% to 85%, depending on the specific case and based on factors such as the size of the business, the type of investment, and the location where the investment is carried out, as defined in the program’s Call for Proposals.
The application for financing (investment proposal) is submitted online by the potential Beneficiaries and only through the Integrated State Aid Information System (OPSKE) https://app.opske.gr/
Within five (5) working days from the submission of the application to OPSKE, the potential Beneficiary of the Operation must submit to EYD PALYTH, a complete dossier in both printed and digital form (USB Stick) with the required data, as described in this Call for Funding Applications.
Funding applications are submitted from 23/04/2025 at 13:00 through to 16/07/2025 at15:00.
