Purpose of financing

Meet your business needs for the financing of your investment.

Loan amount

The amount depends on your needs and is finalized following review of your business’ investment plan and financial data.

Interest rate

The product is offered with either a fixed interest rate for a period of 3, 5, 7 or 10 years, or with a floating – 3M Euribor interest rate (a zero rate shall apply in the event of a negative rate), plus interest margin and the levy under Law 128/75 applicable from time to time.

Duration of financing

Up to 10 years (up to 20 years as the case may be).

Repayment method

Repayment in amortizing installments on a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis.

Grace period

Up to 18 months During the grace period interest shall be paid.

How do you benefit from the financing product?

Your company can benefit from:

Fixed maturity payments of instalments towards principal and interest that provide you with improved/ proper financial planning and management
Easier understanding of the repayment method because the structure is similar to the retail loans (housing loans, consumer loans, etc).

What collateral is required to get financing?

The usual personal and real collateral (guarantees of individuals, deposit pledge, etc).

Are partial disbursements an option?

Disbursements can be one-off or partial.

As regards partial financing of fixed assets, disbursements can be carried out within the grace period. Where no grace period is granted, all disbursements must be completed prior to the payment of the first installment of principal.

Εφόσον η αίτησή σας εγκριθεί, το Κατάστημα συνεργασίας κατόπιν επικοινωνίας, θα σας αποστείλει την σχετική σύμβαση χρηματοδότησης για να την υπογράψετε μέσω NBG Internet Banking. Εναλλακτικά μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε το Κατάστημα συνεργασίας σας για την υπογραφή της. Στη συνέχεια, το εγκεκριμένο ποσό μπορεί να εκταμιευθεί είτε εφάπαξ είτε σταδιακά, ανάλογα με τους όρους της χρηματοδότησης.
