We supported TEDxMavili Square, as Strategic Partner
In the context of supporting the academic community, NBG and the NBG Business Seeds program participated as “Strategic Partners” in TEDxMavili Square in the city of Ioannina. The event took place on Saturday 17 May 2026 at the “Karolos Papoulias” Conference Centre of the University of Ioannina. Mr. Theodoros Tselidis, Greek Olympic medalist in judo, who is sponsored by NBG, featured as a guest speaker at the event. Dr. Spyros Arsenis, Head of NBG Business Innovation Development, attended a workshop at the event and presented the initiatives of NBG Business Seeds. On the main stage he introduced Prof. Dimitris Fotiadis, Founder of PD Neurotechnology, to the panel on “From research to market: the case of PD Neurotechnology”. Throughout the duration of the event, NBG Business Seeds had a stand, where visitors were given information about the Bank's innovation actions.
