We participated in the Doers Summit 2026
In the context of supporting the Cyprus innovation ecosystem, NBG and NBG Business Seeds participated for the third year in the international Doers Summit 2026 conference, which took place on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 May 2026, in Limassol. Once again, the conference served as an attraction point for investors and startups of SE Europe, establishing its position as one of the most dynamic innovation and entrepreneurship conferences in the wider area.
During his stay in Cyprus, Dr. Spyros Arsenis, Head of NBG Business Innovation Development, participated as a speaker in the panel on “Shifting VC Fundraising Landscape”, which was organized as part of Carry On, of the exclusive private LP-GP conference gathering, where discussions focused on the shifting dynamics of Venture Capital financing, the new trends in the relationship between Limited Partners and General Partners, as well as the prospects for the SE Europe region. At the same time, he took part in the panel of judges of the Doers Startup Pitching Sessions, evaluating the presentations of innovative startups. Last, he participated in the panel on “Who Owns the Customer in the Age of Embedded Finance?” a highly relevant topic on redefining customer relationships in the era of Embedded Finance services.
