NBG Business Seeds partners with Orange Grove
It is with great pleasure that we now officially welcome in our partners the Orange Grove. Orange Grove is a body with which we’ve already had many years of cooperation, mainly in terms of our actions in Western Greece and Patras. In the context of the memorandum of understanding, we are scheduling synergies such as joint organization of events and actions, as well as mutual participation in mentoring activities, participation of the teams supported by the NBG Business Seeds program in the incubator and the actions run by Orange Grove, with a view to promoting innovation, and targeted support and mentoring in business issues concerning the teams supported by Orange Grove.
Orange Grove opened its doors in 2013, is an initiative of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Greece, operated by the non-profit organization Ithaca and financially supported by Greek-Dutch businesses and charity foundations. It operates offices in Athens and Patras, but mainly it’s a remote incubator of innovation, as it provides its programs through online educational platform without geographical-based obstacles from the development of innovative entrepreneurship. It gives business support to startups and/or to early stages and innovative SMEs through vertical and horizontal sectoral entrepreneurship programs, development skills and transfer of global know-how. It provides unique network challenges as it connects the participants with the international ecosystem of professional and volunteer mentors.
