We took part in Digital Innovation in Financial Services

It was with great pleasure that we participated in the SEV Center of Excellence’s 4th Annual Symposium on the "Leadership Challenge when Digital Innovation is a Marathon", jointly organized by SEV, ALBA Graduate Business School and The American College of Greece. The Symposium was held on Thursday, March 30 at the Lighthouse of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center.

Dr. Spyros Arsenis, Head of NBG’s Development of Innovative Entrepreneurship, participated in the panel "Digital Innovation in Financial Services". The aim of the panel was to explore the current situation and future potential for innovation in the financial services sector, taking into account the evolving relationship between banks and Fintech. The panel looked at how digital innovation has changed the industry, and explored new technologies, business models and customer experiences.  Discussion focused on the evolution of fintech, and the role of Big Tech in financial services and supervisory authorities. The Symposium program included 4 panels with discussions on flexible organization, the supply chain, the retail sector and financial services. The discussion was attended by distinguished speakers from the business and academic community.
