We were awarded as Supporters of Higgs
In the context of supporting the ecosystem of Social Entrepreneurship, we were delighted to participate in the annual conference “HIGGS Philanthropy 2.0”, which was held on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 May 2026, at the "Technopolis" of the Municipality of Athens. This year’s event took place on the 10th anniversary of HIGGS' establishment, highlighting a decade devoted on the development and empowerment of Civil Society in our country.
On the occasion of this significant anniversary, HIGGS honored individuals and organizations who have been valuable partners on this journey, recognizing their significant contribution. Among those who were awarded was also NBG Business Seeds, actively reflecting that strengthening Civil Society is an integral part of a sustainable innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
At the HIGGS Awards Ceremony, which was held on Friday 22 May 2026, at 16:30, Mr. George Nikolaou, CFA Strategy Analyst at the Business Innovation Development Subdivision, attended representing NBG Business Seeds.
The Conference “Philanthropy 2.0” highlighted the new era of philanthropy and social contribution in Greece, bringing together individuals and organizations who believe in the power of collective action and social solidarity.
