Yes, you can visit an NBG branch and submit your application.
We will notify you via email, SMS, or Viber and by the status of your application in Internet Banking.
Your identity will be verified through eGov-KYC, a digital identity verification service provided by the Greek government.
Once you receive notification via email, SMS, or Viber that your application is approved, you can log on to Internet Banking and:
- Sign the contract, or
- Refuse to sign the contract.
After signing the contract, you will receive an automated e-mail with instructions about activating e-Commerce.
