We participated in the 1st AI in Financial Services Conference

In the context of supporting the Digital Transformation of Financial Institutions, we were delighted to accept the invitation to participate in the 1st AI in Financial Services Conference, which took place on July 2, at the Conference Center of Ethniki Insurance. 

Dr. Spyros Arsenis, Head of NBG Business Innovation Development, and Mr Georgios Samakovitis, Professor of Banking and Financial Technology (FinTech) at the University of Greenwich, discussed “Roadmapping AI futures for the Greek FinTech Ecosystem”. The discussion focused on critical areas, such as the need to upgrade education and the initiatives necessary for the responsible and sustainable integration of AI. At the same time, the challenges and opportunities created by the adoption of AI tools in the financial sector were highlighted.
