Born in 2000, Christos is considered one of the best and most promising hammer throw athletes in the world. His achievements include a 9th place at the 2022 World Athletics Championships in the USA and 12th place at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
He lives and trains in his beloved hometown of Chania on the island of Crete, continuing to develop his technique while improving his strength and consistency.
