He has earned gold medals at every major competition, highlighted by his remarkable achievement of winning back-to-back Olympic titles in the long jump at the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Games.
At the European Team Championships in Madrid (June 2025), Miltos delivered another outstanding performance, recording the world’s best jump of the year with 8.46m
