Maria is our country's top tennis player at the moment, and perhaps the greatest of all time. 

Born in 1995, she has brought home impressive distinctions for Greece in tennis while in recent years she has been consistently in the top ten of the world ranking (WTA), with her highlight so far being her rise to number 3. 

Always present at major events, she is chasing the dream of winning a Grand Slam, that will establish her among the great tennis players of all times.
