The i-work@nbg program enables its participants to gain know-how and professional experience, through paid internships, on specialized banking fields related to their studies. For 2023, we're announcing 38 full-time internships in total, for 6 (+6) months. The application process for the Program starts on 07.06.2023 and ends on 21.06.2023.
Bank Analytics Internships
CIB (Corporate Investment Banking) Internships
Digital Business Internships
Economic Analysis Internships
HR (Human Resources) Internships
Internal Control Internship
Retail Banking Internships
Special Assets Unit Internship
Candidates who apply for the Program need to meet the following requirements in order to qualify for the evaluation and selection process:
1. Academic degree obtained within the past three years
2. Academic performance corresponding to a degree grade of > 6.5 for undergraduate studies and > 7.0 for postgraduate studies or the equivalent grades of a foreign institution
3. Work experience up to 3 years
The most suitable candidates will participate in a selection process, including:
1. A written test for verbal and numerical skills
2. An interview with HR Talent Acquisition Professionals
3. An interview with executives of the respective Business Units
The recruitment process is expected to be completed by the end of August and the Internship will start in fall.

Candidates who are invited to participate in the selection process, should send their certificates of study in a digital format.
