Candidates who apply for the Program need to meet the following requirements in order to qualify for the evaluation and selection process:
1. Academic degree obtained within the past three years
2. Academic performance corresponding to a degree grade of > 6.5 for undergraduate studies and > 7.0 for postgraduate studies or the equivalent grades of a foreign institution
3. Work experience up to 3 years
The most suitable candidates will participate in a selection process, including:
1. A written test for verbal and numerical skills
2. An interview with HR Talent Acquisition Professionals
3. An interview with executives of the respective Business Units
The recruitment process is expected to be completed by the end of August and the Internship will start in fall.
