The National Bank of Greece announces that, during the Board of Directors session held today, the resignation of Mr. Athanasios Zarkalis from the position of Independent NonExecutive Board Member due to personal reasons was announced.
The Board of Directors expressed their acknowledgment of the significant contribution of Mr. Zarkalis to the workings of the Board of Directors throughout his tenure as an Independent Non-Executive Member.
