ANNOUNCEMENT ON PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

National Bank of Greece S.A. (“the Bank”), following the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders held on 30/05/2025 and its announcement of 04/06/2025 on the commencement of the implementation of the first tranche of the share buyback program approved by the above-mentioned Annual General Meeting (Tranche I), the respective approval of the Single Supervisory Mechanism (SSM) of the European Central Bank (ECB) on 28/05/2025 and its announcements of 16/06/2025, 26/06/2025, 04/07/2025, 14/07/2025, 21/07/2025, 29/07/2025, 07/08/2025, 18/08/2025, 26/08/2025, 02/09/2025, 09/09/2025, 17/09/2025, 26/09/2025, 06/10/2025, 13/10/2025, 21/10/2025, 30/10/2025, 10/11/2025 and 19/11/2025 on purchase of own shares, announces that in the period from 18/11/2025 up to and including 25/11/2025 has purchased a total amount of 102,000 common shares of the Bank (“Own Shares”) traded on the Athens Stock Exchange at a weighted average price of €12.9146 per share and at a total cost of €1,317,292.60. It is noted that in accordance with the resolutions of above-mentioned Annual General Meeting, the Bank intends to proceed with a subsequent cancellation of the above acquired own shares, in accordance with the relevant provisions regarding the time frame for the cancellation of Law 4548/2018.

Following the above transactions, the Bank holds directly a total of 10,280,638 Οwn Shares, which correspond to 1.12% of its share capital.
