The Bank shall publish at a later time additional information on the proposal for the distribution of a dividend and the ex-dividend, record and payment dates, as well as the announcements of results, whether they shall be published before the start or after the end of Athens Stock Exchange session, publishing in any event further details and information, according to Resolution No 25 of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Athens Exchange.
The National Bank of Greece S.A. reserves the right to change the abovementioned dates, following timely notification of the investment community.
