National Bank of Greece S.A. announces that the Board of Directors was notified about the resignation of Mr. Michalis Haralabidis from the position of Non-Executive Member and Representative of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations (H.C.A.P.) on the Board of Directors, in accordance with Law 3864/2010, as in force.
