Dimitrios Kofidis
Assistant General Manager of Global Markets
Mr. Dimitrios Kofidis was appointed Assistant General Manager of Global Markets in October 2023.
He was hired at NBG in 2000, through an ASEP competition exclusively for holders of MSc in economic sciences, where he ranked 1st.
He started as a derivatives trader in the Treasury Department.
From 2008 to 2015 he was the Head of the Derivatives Desk.
In 2015, he assumed the position of the Head of Trading.
In 2017 he was appointed Head of Global Markets.
He holds an MSc in Banking and Finance from the University of Piraeus and, a Bachelor degree of Business Administration from the University of Piraeus.
