Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year higher education institution — ideally in Economics, Business Administration or Marketing
- Good command of the English language (B2 level)
- Completed military service or legal exemption (for male candidates)
- Strong communication and sales skills

- Proficiency in using computers and digital tools (MS Office)
- Max 5 years of full-time employment

Your role as a Retail Junior Officer:
- You will communicate with Retail Banking customers, identify their needs, and propose suitable banking products
- You will build and maintain relationships with our retail customers and present the Bank’s products and services
- You will collaborate with other Bank teams to ensure an optimal customer experience
- You will contribute to achieving the Bank’s sales targets and objectives
- You will handle banking requests and daily operations
- You will support customer portfolio development
