Who can apply?

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic partners to join our Branch Network as Junior Officers in the Mass Segment Team.

Criteria:

  • University degree
  • Good knowledge of English (B2)
  • Digital literacy
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Max 5 years work experience

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year higher education institution — ideally in Economics, Business Administration or Marketing
  • Good command of the English language (B2 level)
  • Completed military service or legal exemption (for male candidates)
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Customer‑centric mindset, outgoing personality, and team spirit
  • Proficiency in using computers and digital tools (MS Office)
  • Max 5 years of full-time employment
  • Completed military service or legal exemption (for male candidates)

Your role as a Retail Junior Officer:

  • You will communicate with Retail Banking customers, identify their needs, and propose suitable banking products
  • You will build and maintain relationships with our retail customers and present the Bank’s products and services
  • You will collaborate with other Bank teams to ensure an optimal customer experience
  • You will contribute to achieving the Bank’s sales targets and objectives
  • You will handle banking requests and daily operations
  • You will support customer portfolio development
