Accordingly, we’re looking for 20 new employees to assume the key role of Premium Banking Relationship Manager in our Branch Network in Attica. 

Your role will include exclusive and active engagement with Premium Banking clients, with particular emphasis on managing their investment portfolio, with the aim of developing their relationship with the Bank.

Who can apply?

We’re looking for dynamic and enthusiastic partners who will staff our Branches and offer the best banking experience to our customers.


  • BSc in Economics, Marketing or Business Administration or
  • Degree of any subject area, but mandatory postgraduate degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Administration
  • Good knowledge of English (B2)
  • Digital skills
  • Communication and sales skills
  • No pending military service obligations
 Your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and present proposals and solutions specially designed for them, with an emphasis on provision of investment services. Present the Bank’s products and services in order to further develop the relationship with the customer. 
  • Grow the customer base.
  • Achieve sales and Bank targets.

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication and empathy skills, and the ability to use a range of communication styles for a more personal approach, building on the best interest of the customer.
  • Ability to focus on, and respond to, the customer’s needs.
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams within the Branch, as well as with Central Services that support this role.
  • Ability to develop new skills, adapt and change to meet business needs and priorities.
  • Analytical thinking and initiative.
