    Get the card online in 3 steps

    User Login
    Log in to your Digital Banking account. From the homepage, go to the "Cards" section and select "Acquire New Card."
    Select Your Card
    Browse through the available options and choose the debit card that best suits your needs.
    Accept Terms and Link Account
    Select the account you wish to link with your new debit card. Review and accept the terms and conditions, including the pre-contractual information related to the product.
    Enter OTP
    Confirm your details and enter the OTP sent to your registered device to complete the process.
    Enter Delivery Details
    Provide your contact information and specify the address where you’d like to receive your card.
    Complete the Transaction
    Once the process is finalized, you can print the receipt for your records.

    You can either reset or restore the applicable limit of contactless transactions carried out without the use of a pin, either through the Internet & Mobile Banking applications, as long as you are a registered user, or by submitting a request to his or her NBG Branch or by calling the Bank’s Contact Center.

     
    You can get your card today by visiting an NBG branch. Alternatively, you can ask to be issued with the card through Internet/Mobile Banking. After a few days you’ll receive your card by mail at the address you’ve given us. Enclosed you’ll find instructions on how to activate the card and how to get your PIN.

    You should immediately call NBG’s Contact Center at +30 210 48 48 484 and report loss or theft 24/7. Alternatively, report the incident through our Internet & Mobile Banking services, provided you’re a registered user, as follows:

    • State “Freeze” to temporarily deactivate your card.
    • Declare loss/theft of your card.
    • Ask to be reissued with a card if it has been lost or stolen.

    If your card is found, you can easily unfreeze it.

    • Identity card or passport
      Your ID card or passport must be valid.

    • Income Tax Clearance Certificate
      The income tax slip clearance certificate of the last two years.
    • Phone bill
      A recent landline telephone bill from your service provider.
    • Proof of current home address
      This can be a recent utility bill or other document evidencing your home address.
    • Proof of occupation
      Proof of occupation might be requested.
