If you have a business site or mobile app, you can integrate Customer Insights and provide your customers with the option to access it. The technical specifications of Customer Insights are available for your IT team through the NBG Developers portal.
Through Customer Insights, your customers can transfer details that they hold with NBG, such as identification data or bank details (Account or Card Number), providing their consent. Your customers must have access codes to NBG's Internet Banking to use Customer Insights.
No, the service can also be used by legal entities. In any case, access codes to NBG's Internet Banking are required for signing in to Customer Insights, providing the appropriate authorizations for the transfer of the data by the legal entity.
The service is activated in collaboration with a specialised member of NBG staff. For more information, you can contact your Corporate Transaction Banking advisor, or e-mail a request to [email protected]. To activate the service you need to sign the digital solutions agreement and get access to the technical specifications of the service on the NBG developers portal
The cost of the service is borne exclusively by your business and is calculated on the basis of the number of customer data transfers estimated for your business. For more information, you can contact your Corporate Transaction Banking advisor.
