When you become a Champion, you have access to all promotions and exclusive draws.

By registering you automatically become a Rookie. As soon as you complete the onboarding process with the help of Sofia, you go from Rookie to Champion and get an account and a debit card.  If you're already an NBG customer, log in with your Digital Banking credentials and choose whether to link your existing account and debit card or open a new account and get a debit card.

The onboarding process continues with the digital assistant Sofia.

Champion

Once you’ve completed your registration as a Rookie, log in with the credentials you’ve created, and you'll see the banner to continue and become a Champion. You can continue either through the banner on the Homepage, via your Profile page, or via the Your Money tab.

Sofia will direct you to connect to eGov KYC so your details can be automatically checked: ID card/passport, contact details, payslip or salary certificate, TIN, home address and declaration of professional activity.

If any of these details are missing from eGov, you can upload the necessary documents.
You then make a short video call with an agent for the final confirmation and fill in the questionnaire for your Financial/Transaction profile.

Last, you get a bank account and a debit card and gain access to even more offers and draws.

🤑 Depending on your level, you have access to promotions and exclusive draws.

1. If you're a Rookie, you can take part in 1 draw with 1 participation.

2. If you’ve completed onboarding and you're a Champion, you can take part in all monthly draws with up to 10 participations. You also have access to all available offers and can use them once a month.

😉Your activity in Next earns you more and more bits! In your Next profile, you can see in detail how many bits you earn for each action, such as when making transfers, payments, completing your savings goals, etc. The bits you collect can be used to take part in the draws, win unique prizes, and get great deals!

Below you’ll find which actions get you more bits!
