To get started, you need:
- A valid mobile phone number
- Your email
- Your basic personal details (first name, last name, date of birth, etc.)
To complete the authentication process you’ll need:
- eGov KYC or
- A valid ID document and supporting documents, together with
- A video call with one of our Bank's agents
Step 1 – Create an account (Rookie)
You enter:
- Your mobile phone number
- Your email (with confirmation)
- Your personal details
- You create a password
Your account is created.
Step 2 – Authentication with digital assistant Sofia (Champion)
Sofia will direct you to connect to eGov KYC so your details can be automatically checked.
If any of your personal details are not available or up to date via eGov, you’ll need to upload the necessary documents.
Then, you make a short video call with an agent for final confirmation.
Upon completion of the process, your authentication is completed and you have full access to Next.
The process can be completed in a few minutes, as long as your details are retrieved and confirmed via eGov KYC.
If you need to upload additional documents or an additional check is necessary, the completion time may vary.
In any case, at the end of the process, a short video call is held with an agent for final confirmation.
You can:
- contact us via the bank's existing service channels
- reach out to AI assistant Sofia, through the app.
Your activity in Next earns you more and more bits!
In your Next profile, you can see in detail how many bits you earn for each action, such as when making transfers or payments, completing your savings goals, etc.
The bits you collect can be used to take part in the draws, win unique prizes and gain access to offers.
