In addition, we constantly monitor developments in e-banking security-related issues and are quick to deploy the most advanced technological applications to safeguard your transactions. One such measure is the use of the i-code device, which automatically generates a single-use code and is considered the most advanced method worldwide of keeping electronic transactions safe from violation.

For further information or technical assistance, or to report loss of your password or i-code device or your card simply call NBG’s Contact Center any time of the day, any day of the week at +30 210 4848484.

When you hear the voice menu, say:
-  “Loss” in order to declare loss of your card. Your card will be blocked on the spot. 

 - “Support” in order to be put through to one of our agents for information and technical support about Internet, Mobile and Phone Banking.
