Can I have a passbook and receive i-bank statements?

If you decide to activate i-bank statements, then your passbook will automatically get canceled. That way, you’ll be getting notified about all your transactions through the digital statement. In order to keep yourself updated through a passbook again, you’ll need to visit one of our branches and issue a new one.

Can I get a regular statement and an i-bank statement?

If you decide to activate i-bank statements, then paper statements will automatically get canceled. In order to keep yourself updated through paper statements again, you’ll need to notify us via Internet and Mobile Banking or at one of our branches.

Can I get a regular statement and a digital statement for my loan or card?

If you decide to activate i-bank statements, then paper statements will automatically get canceled. To keep yourself updated through paper statements again, you’ll need to notify us via Internet Banking or at one of our branches. When you cancel the postal service for paper statements for one product, you’ll receive an email notifying you of the activation of i-bank statements. That way, every time a digital statement is issued, you’ll be receiving an email.

Do the emails I get include a statement?

No. The emails notify you that the digital statement is issued. To view the statement, you need to access Internet or Mobile Banking and select ‘view i-bank statements.’
