Via the mobile app, which is available for smartphone or tablet devices operating with:

  • Google Android TM 4.0.3 or later edition (via Play store)
  • Apple iOS edition 9.0 or any later edition (via App store) 
  • HUAWEI mobiles (in App Gallery)

No. You have the option to book an appointment for the next day or any day after that, with a time limit set at 14:00. Therefore, in case a user on Monday:

  • wishes to book an appointment for Monday, the app will not allow that action,
  • wishes to book an appointment for Tuesday, they will have to make that request until 13:59.
The time period to book an appointment extents to one (1) month.
Every user of the i-bank pass plus service can book up to two (2) appointments per day, per branch.

Upon entering the branch, the user presents the appointment number or the e-mail/sms/viber they have received during the booking to the front desk or any other available employee of the branch, so that the appointment is confirmed and they get directed to the agent in charge.

The confirmation e-mail includes all the needed information of the booked appointment:

  • booking number
  • date and starting/ending time 
  • the branch’s name and address 
  • the chosen service
  • the client category (Private/Business)
  • the way of prosecution (branch visit/phone or video call)
