You can either reset or restore the applicable limit of contactless transactions carried out without the use of a pin, either through the Internet & Mobile Banking applications, as long as you are a registered user, or by submitting a request to his or her NBG Branch or by calling the Bank’s Contact Center.

In how many days can I get my card?

Your business card is sent by post to your business’s address, in just a few days.

Enclosed you will find instructions on how to activate the card and how to get your PIN.

How can I pay my dues?

Automatically by debiting the linked sight account of your business each month.

What should I do if my card is stolen or lost?

You should immediately call NBG’s Contact Center at +30 210 48 48 484 and report the incident.

How many cards can I get?

You can issue credit cards for as many of your employees as you wish.
