Receiving your card and PIN
The Business MasterCard is sent by regular mail to your Business's stated postal address.
To obtain your PIN, you must follow the instructions described in the letter accompanying your card.
You can apply also for Business MasterCards to be issued to other members of your staff.

Information on your card activity
Each month we send you, at the contact address of your business, a copy of your card activity, stating in detail the amount and date of each transaction during the month (up to the closing date of the statement), and the total charges billed to your business both in total and per member of staff. In addition, you'll receive a quarterly statement of all expenses by cardholder and by type of business at which purchases are made.
Automatic payment of your dues
Your Business MasterCard monthly bill is paid by automatically debiting your business sight account linked to the card.
If your card is lost or stolen, please report it immediately to our Contact Center (available round the clock) at +30 210 48 48 484.
